It has two flat pipe rings ( lateral flame exit ) that perfectly distribute the heat and ensure excellent cooking of bigger than normal pan for the burnert size.
 
We recommend using the 3-legged simple or reinforced set to cook more comfortably and safely and a wind deflector for windy days.

To facilitate cleaning they are covered with a layer of vitrified enamel.
