The Premium Paella Pan Gas Burner mod. L-50 of Garcima are suitable for cooking paella dishes from 10 servings to 40 servings or 42cm - 80cm paella pan size.

Double, robust, minim and maxim set position, indipendent valve that make it very easy to use.
It has three flat pipe rings ( lateral flame exit ) that perfectly distribute the heat and ensure excellent cooking of bigger than normal pan for the burnert size.
 
We recommend using the 3-legged simple or reinforced set to cook more comfortably and safely and a wind deflector for windy days.

To facilitate cleaning they are covered with a layer of vitrified enamel.
