    Need to be coated in oil ( any cooking oil ) after each use, First wash - just before using the pan for the first time as covered from factory with protective varnish , after each use wash with soapy water, dry immediately - do not allow to air dry as it will rust, coat in cooking oil inside & outside , store separately from other pans.
    Not suitable for dishwasher.
