SEAFOOD PAELLA
Like the Valencian paella the Seafood paella was born in Valencia , on the boats of the fishermans and was cooked originally with all the fish and seafood that was not sold at the local market. Dive in the taste of the sea with this original recipe.
Each artisan paella is cooked individualy in his paella pan (not part of a batch) by our chef using traditional Spanish methods and equipment , seafood - shell on - from our local fishmongers, La Marjal protected origins paella rice from Valencia and our chef designed paella spice combination & saffron.
