CHICKEN AND PRAWNS PAELLA
Mixt paella , combining the strong taste of the Chicken & Chorizo paella with the Prawns. The prawns are not cooked inside this paella so if some of the guests don't like them they can have just the meat .
Each artisan paella is cooked individualy in his paella pan (not part of a batch) by our chef using traditional Spanish methods and equipment, British chicken ( boneless and skinless) , Spanish chorizo and prawns – shell on - from our local fishmongers, La Marjal protected origins paella rice from Valencia and our chef designed paella spice combination & saffron.
