   BLACK RICE PAELLA

Like the Seafood paella the Black Rice paella it is a great recipe to enjoy for those who love the seafood strong taste combined with the Umami flavour of the squid ink that gives the dish the traditional black colour. The recipe is highly appreciated in Valencian and Catalonian Community . Dive in the taste of the sea with this original recipe of “Arròs Negre”.

 

Each artisan paella is cooked individualy in his paella pan (not part of a batch) by our chef using traditional Spanish methods and equipment , seafood - shell on - from our local fishmongers, La Marjal protected origins paella rice from Valencia and our chef designed paella spice combination & saffron.
